Autograph Pass Guidelines
  • Passes will go on sale in advance.
  • Purchase of artists’ work from the Museum Store, is required for signing admittance. They will not sign personal items.
  • Online orders will not be mailed in advance, but must be picked-up from Circa store at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, with proper identification, beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, June 6, 2016.
  • Your signing pass may be forfeited if it is not picked-up before the specified event start time.
  • Only one signing pass can be redeemed per person for each of the autograph signing events. 
  • No personal cameras or phones will be allowed for pictures with the artist(s).
  • A signing pass is required for your place in line. A limited number of signing passes will be available.
  • There is no limit on the number of items they will sign (must have been purchased from the museum store).
  • You will receive only 1 signing pass per artist in each transaction. EX: If you purchase 2 CDs of one artist and 2 CDs of another artist in 1 transaction, you will only receive 2 signing passes total, 1 per artist.
  • Fans may not line up in the Museum before their signing pass group has been called.
  • All personal belongings will be held by security during the autograph signing.

Songwriter Sessions Guidelines
Museum admission or Museum membership required for program admittance. Due to limited seating, a program pass is required for your complimentary seat at all Songwriter Sessions, Instrument Demonstrations, and Special Programs. Passes will be available at the Museum two hours prior to the start of the program, on a first-come, first-served basis, unless otherwise specified. Your pass does not guarantee you a seat after the program begins. Seating is general admission.


*MEMBERS ONLY* As a benefit to our Museum members, members have the opportunity to reserve Program Passes in advance by calling 615.416.2050 or emailing Reservations@CountryMusicHallofFame.org. Reservations are limited and will be accepted until 48 hours before the program. In an effort to accommodate as many guests as possible, member Program Passes will be released to the general public if they are not claimed at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the program, unless otherwise specified. Your Pass does not guarantee you a seat after the program begins.
